The personal data provided to Gestió Organització Comunicació, S.A., in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), will be used to:

  1.  Respond to requests for information and/or queries made by the User. The data processed for this purpose will be kept during the legally provided periods of retention and limitation of responsibilities..
  2. Keep the User informed, including by electronic means, about GOC’s products, services and news. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the moment the User withdraws his/her consent. If the User consents to the processing of his/her data for this purpose, he/she must check the box enabled for this purpose on the Website.
  3. In the event of a CV being sent through this Website the data provided by the User will be processed to address his/her job application and, where appropriate, allow him/her to qualify for a job at GOC. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the User withdraws his/her consent or, in any case, up to a maximum of 24 months from receipt, after which they will be deleted.

The data will be processed with the appropriate degree of protection, taking appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent their alteration, accidental loss, unauthorised disclosure or access and any other improper form of processing. The implementation of these measures takes into account, among others, the nature of the data processed, the risks, as well as any advances in technology and the costs of its implementation.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent given by the User.

His/her personal data will not be transmitted for use by third parties, unless we have obtained his/her consent or where legally required. Notwithstanding the foregoing, during the course of our activities and for the same purposes as those described in this privacy policy, his/her data may be processed by specialised service providers who help us to provide our services such as: Public Administrations for compliance with legal obligations. They may also be reported to the following categories of data processors: electronic and office communications providers, hosting, SaaS services, such as CRM/ERP, management, accounting, auditing and lawyers. The User may exercise his/her rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, opposition or portability at any time by sending an email to rgpd@goc.es or by writing to Gestió Organització Comunicació, S.A., Carrer de Josep Irla i Bosch, 5-7, 1er piso, 08034 – Barcelona indicating the right he/she wishes to exercise and attaching a copy of his/her identity document and contact details. In the processing whose legitimacy is based on consent, the User has the right to withdraw such consent at any time. The data subject will be entitled to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if they deem it appropriate.

WORK WITH US PRIVACY POLICY
This specific privacy policy regulates the processing of personal data of candidates wishing to work at GOC. By entering personal data on the GOC website or by submitting the information physically or electronically to GOC, the applicant consents to GOC’s processing of his/her personal data in accordance with this specific Work Privacy Policy.

Collection of personal data and processing purposes
GOC will process the candidate’s personal data to manage the recruitment process, analyse the application and, if the candidate meets the requirements, to allow GOC to contact the candidate to offer him or her a job at GOC or companies affiliated with the GOC group. The legal basis of the processing is the informed and express consent of the candidate, who can withdraw it at any time without affecting the legality of the processing prior to such withdrawal. GOC hereby informs the applicant that his/her Personal Data will not be used for purposes other than those set out in this Privacy Policy.

Who can access your personal data?
In the legitimate interest of GOC, the candidate’s Personal Data will be transferred for internal use by the personnel department and GOC professionals involved in the relevant recruitment process.

How long do we store your personal data?
In the legitimate interest of GOC and in accordance with your consent, GOC has the right to process your Personal Data for a minimum period of one year and for a maximum of two years if the candidate’s profile is of special interest to GOC.
